I don't practice either, but one of my therapists taught me some relaxation techniques years ago that worked. Thank you for reminding me!

Exercise works, so, I think daily walks with my pups needs to be a priority.

Another week of sobriety for me, thank You Lord for the courage and strength to make it through. Today, would You have a moment to look down on someone still struggling and pass along my 24 to them...

I am on a Van-G drive at the moment- images to think arty thoughts with. Bought an old Gallery Exhib book from a crappy little bookshop in the city with delusions of grandeur. Today planted sunflowers. In a big pot. Should be interesting, it is near the apple seeds I put in a pot (Does that make me Johnny appleseed?).
