I want so badly to get through today without drinking. I'm a good person in the morning. I want to stay that good person past 4PM, but something takes over and controls me. Why can't I break this cycle permanently?

6:05am in Alberta. Today is going to be a darn good gay not to drink, right mangoman? You can do it, one hour at a time if need be...

Slept late today for me! My Doctor prescribed a 5 mg sleep aid for me, because I have become some what of an insomniac in my golden years. It was wonderful to sleep like a baby. Of course, the worry wart in me is wary of becoming addicted, so I will use them sparingly.
Hope you all have a wonderful Friday...stay strong; together we are a force to be reckoned with!
