It is a beautiful sunny day here in California and I'm in for another 24! Today we are going to help a friend paint his home and bbq. I'm heading to the store on my way over to pick up some non alcoholic drinks for me and hubby. Heading in prepared is my plan. Im also doing most of the food prep and cooking there to keep me busy. Heading in with a plan and going to enjoy another 24 sober. Have a great day!

I am in for another 24 hours......... this weekend is a run between home and Eds Mom and Dads house .. time to clean Charlie out of our lives and Nancy's house... sad..... maybe that is why I give so much a way now.... love to you all be safe out there... ardy

In for the next 24.
Day 146, they are adding up slowly but surely! Way back in a 'past life'(LOL) I used to expect praise if I went 3 or 4 days without a drink, thinking I was cutting back.
Anyway.........24 here we come.
