Class of July 2013 Part 41
Thanks for the new thread, Dee. I'm so happy that our lovely July group continues.
Mags! Welcome! It is fantastic to have you here! I've followed your posts elsewhere. I hope you're well.
Gilmer, tee hee, "Mark's an ass". You got that right! Thanks for all the feedback, folks. Just what I needed to hear!
Snoozy, I hope Angie will now understand and appreciate your efforts and urgent concern.
Bob, thinking of you and your wife all the time.
There is a lady, Barbara, just come on board to help me with crewing for the play. She is really nice, and is very organized with great ideas. She also sees the shenanigans that go on. We've had a chuckle or two over it!
Dress rehearsal tonight, show still rough, but it will be all right on the night, as they say!
Love to all.

Stress is most likely inevitable; I remember how stressed my family was when we in a very similar situation.
Love to you, Bob.
ANZAC DAY TODAY
LEST WE FORGET THOSE WHO DIED FOR OUR FREEDOM XX
Early start at work today guys . All the patients received a poppy on their breakfast trays this morn. Always a nice touch for today.
We have the Salvation Army band come into play every Anzac Day. It's lovely .
Thinking of my great grandads who fought in world war 1 and many great uncles etc
I think leaders that start wars should be put in a room together and beat the crap out of each other instead of sending loved ones off to war .
Our young men wouldn't know what to do anymore. They wouldn't be able to hold a gun in 1 hand. Where would they put their mobile phones & what would they do if an enemy called them a name. Get butt hurt probably!
Anyhow that's my little bit for this morn and so much respect to our military and troops who continue to fight and put their lives on the line for us.
They all should be paid more than any president or prime minister !

Maybe I should make another batch of commemorative ANZAC Biscuits!
I have found Lyle's Golden Syrup at a local supermarket--and I know I can get caster sugar in a couple days by mail.
I've only had the American knockoffs with honey, but they were still the best cookies I've ever had (I'm very fond of coconut).
Does anybody know if they freeze well?
