Well today I've done a bit more than just "survive". Got a bit of work done and some chores and played with the kids. Been checking my resting heart rate all day (yes I'm that paranoid) at intervals and it seems okay. I'm thinking about going to the docs on the morning to get bp checked out and maybe get something to help with the anxiety.
Getting pretty tired now (got very little sleep last night) but I'm trying not to nap today so I'm nice and tired for bed.
Still got a long long way to go before I feel my usual self but at least I've not caved in.

I can't promise I'll be honest about the drinking Leigh......but I think getting my bp checked and anxiety addressed will help. I'll let you know how I get on.....xxx
