Good day. So grateful to be sober. Grateful for my life. Grateful for my family. Grateful to have work I love. Overall gratitude.
Painting the master this Saturday. Sanding and whitewashing the floors the following Sat. Life is quite busy.

Good morning all. Didn't really sleep much at all but I know that's part of the process so it's okay. Feeling a little less anxiety first thing (it was crippling yesterday).......I'm definitely in for 24 more hours of sobriety with you all xxx

Feeling tired as only a couple of hours sleep. Also still feeling the effects of drinking even so long after my last drink.
I think today is going to have to be a lurk on forums and staying in my room until my housemates go out. I literally have NO idea if I saw any of them the other day!
I'll grab a shower later and set my alarm to make sure I get to AA tonight
