Goodbye Monday workday. Hello Monday night. Ill be lounging on the day bed ( bed on floor in living room as we rehab the master) with the feline family members. Perhaps we will have a long conversation about life and its mysteries? Or we will watch The leftovers and fall asleep.

Its been a good day. A sober day.

Hi,
Last night in Idaho . Today I went to Robert & Christine's house in the beautiful woods. I had wanted a little something of Rob's. She gifted me with the AA medallion that she said he wore around his neck everyday. Yeah, after lots of tears & hugs, it was around my neck. My nephew, who I helped deliver 34 years ago now, well there comes the tears again. But, I have him close to my heart spiritually and now physically. 😢😢💛
Whew .... signing in for the next 24. Thank you Universe for all the blessings this week.

8:54 in California and checking n for another 24. Still not feeling great. I saw the doctor today, and have a follow up tomorrow morning at 8:00. Depending on how that appointment goes I will decide on whether or not I'm going to work.

Congratulations to all the milestoners, and hugs to those who need them.

Well the sun is shining here, I'm going to meditate and put my best foot forward at work today. It's not going to be an easy one for sure, a big awkward meeting first thing this morning.

God will show me the way and I've just got to have faith that things will work out just the way they are supposed to.

7:30am and signing in for 24 hours at the start of day 2.

Made the mistake of drinking a lot of caffeine laden Diet Coke last night so was buzzing until after 2pm. Exhausted today so I know I have to be EXTRA vigilant as tiredness affects my willpower. And I'm NOT giving in!
