I did my mindfulness meditation this morning. Sometimes all that breathing is a pain. Glad you have art and us. Having us helps me a lot too.

Changes with my mood, B. That one is the first thing I ever painted. Gearing up for war - 0011 now, Tuesday. This morning my counsellor and I go to meet the person who was sent my stuff from person A, in the Ministerial office. A reminder I guess of my journey. I am still there in piccies section. branching out this week with starting some serious writing and miserable poetry. Joined a few more of such thingy stuff online places. Still looking for a local niche.

Hey class! Hope everyone had a good weekend. I'm glad to be back at work (what?). routine is my friend. Too much free time makes me buggy. We've got some higher up type people coming into our office this week and I will be working with them on some things. Yikes, and yay, at the same time. Thankful I know which one of me is going to show up to work these days. Sober = clear mind, functional, all that jazz.
