Checking in for 24 hours. Relaxed day full of reading yesterday. A different type of productivity 
Abrupt weather changes and clock adjustment for end of summer has made this a week of change. Very good as it reminds me that change is the only constant.
Congrats to all those celebrating a milestone with me ! I remember the grim desperation and sliver of hope I had when I embarked on this sober journey. Gradually the desperation gave way to calm acceptance and the sliver of hope grew wider and wider. I am grateful to have progressed on this journey and now celebrate my birthday and a milestone today, sober and mindful. Mind you, I dont wish to start the journey again
Another 24 hours of gratitude, serenity, loving kindness to all and sobriety pls ! Its 9:41am here !
