Checking in for 24 hours. More productive in the last day, work wise. As I listened to a meditation I have heard a few times, I caught onto a really useful phrase: don't live life on automatic. Dont get swept up into the illusions of your ego. Focus on what brings long lasting happiness to you. Words to live by...
