Congrats NACN ! I haven't heard of that app. I will have a look for it. Well done staying on track during the trip. A few extra pounds is a small price to pay for the victory of keeping to your routine. It sounds like you had a great time.

Day 205.
My first day back at work after a bit of a break. I have been working out enough to be able to be sore the next day. A major change for me and it feels good. My self-study/work hasn't been too special but I am hopefully going to have a good push today.
Lots to be grateful for, right now. I think I sometimes need to remind myself of that.

Hey all!

DLB, I hope your day back to work went well for you. And good for you pushing it on your workout! It's a good feeling.

It seems very slow on this thread lately I hope everyone is doing well.

Quiet, rainy day today. didn't get too much done, I'd like to get more done prepping for my fall classes. I'm going to try to give myself a bit of a push tomorrow.

Hi NACN.
Yes, I have noticed also. Other than Dee, it seems to be just the three of us, as far as regular contributors to the group anyway. Sometimes, people just don't want to post if they have nothing to say, which makes sense. That may be all it is.

Yes, my workout routine has had a major change. The first half of the year was good but I looked the same which was a bit demoralizing. I am trying something more significant and have joined a gym with a trainer. Everything now hurts.
My self-study is still going but could do with a boost also. Hopefully when I settle in this new workout.

My coffee has yet to kick in but I am about to begin the work day.

Have a healthy, successful and happy Tuesday !
