Between jet lag and daylight savings time my body doesn't know what time it is - so checking in at 12:20 am wide awake & bouncing off the walls! 24 more with a bit of sleep please.

Congratulations to all the milestoners.

I'm struggling at work and have just made an appointment to see a counsellor to talk things through. I'm much more resilient than I used to be but even so...this is feeling really hard.

Day 14 here! The date is the 15th of March in Australia, my sober date is March the 2nd, and the time is 4:45pm. Tomorrow I'll make my 24 hour pledge in the morning (now I've found this thread) right after I've made my morning Gratitude List. SoberRecovery.com rocks!

Jeni what I have found out is when ever I struggle at work, things are piling up and going too fast..... Its at these times we have to slow down the most. Maybe im waffling but there you go.
