Cheers for Venuscat Part Two
"Everyone's tryin' to get into the Act!" (Jimmy Durante- "the schnozz!")( Don't worry kids. He died before you were born!)
Geezer!
P.S."I'd walk a million miles for one of your smiles!" (Jolson (maybe he died before yo' poppa was born!) ("It isn't rainin' rain ya know. It's rainin' violets!")

And....now the jungle is even bigger.
We have had kind of a huge day....emotionally and otherwise.
Pictures tomorrow.
I can take photos while Nick puts our swing together....just kidding, I will be helping. Moral support and cups of tea at the very least.
And tomorrow night we are going to a meeting.
REALLY looking forward to that.
My first AA meeting here...
Love and goodnight and thank you all for caring. ♥

A jungle needs a beast. Where's "Willow"? Or will Willow (sorry!) be an "indoor cat" because of worry that he or she might take to traveling? Indoor cats are happy too. They need an indoor jungle jim.
Be careful of bumps in the road emotionally when assembling outdoor (or indoor) equipment. Back in Kansas City my wife and I had a few trying to assemble a teeter totter. And the jungle jim in the back yard required around 200 screws and that many bolts, all individually installed. "Dies irae" (as the Catholics say)
Geezer

Nick is currently putting together our fantastic swing.
Some more photos ~
More plants in the kitchen:
(And yes, that is a photo of baby Venus on the fridge :-)).
Including (gerbera) planty no 2: Nick valiantly kept the first one alive all of these months....we bought it last October.
It may not have flowers at the moment, but I have hope that it will again one day.
(It's currently up on the shelf to the right of the succulents in the little terra cotta pots).

What is this? A site for receiving and entertaining "images" who might happen to drop by for a visit? And somehow I thought that the "jungle" and the "swing" were outdoors. Isn't this where jungles and swings normally are?
I'm completely out of the loop. Just an old
Geezer.
Just for historical and archival purposes this is the way folks used to talk. We didn't look at TV either since nobody had TV. Or aircondtioners, or
frig's. We had "iceboxes" and the standard joke was the so called "housewife" who jokers said always had an affair going with the iceman.
