Oh my, Gilmer! I do understand how you feel. That brings back memories of the trauma I suffered whenever I got less than a perfect A or 100 and especially when I knew the right answers. Finally at my ripe old age I'm learning to let go of that and it's the reason I don't take courses anymore.

Congratulations Babs!! You've been amazing these past 11 months and you've worked hard to get where you are. I too can't wait to celebrate this time next month with you!!
Gilmer, I understand your frustration -- I'll dwell on mistakes I make forever but I'm trying to let go of it. Mistakes are inevitable and I'm trying to go easier on myself, learn from it, and move on.

Hi Guys
Just got back from the dentist and getting ready for my meeting.
Just had another argument with H so, I'm ready to leave the house for awhile.
He just knows how to push my buttons as well I know how to push his. Grrrrrr
I think it was Sass or toots that said just walk away and cool off. It usually does the trick and then when I come back I've cooled off and I'm not mad anymore.
so, here I go----I'm going to my meeting and then I plan on regrouping and if that doesn't do the trick !@#$%^&*() I guess I will be crabby for awhile. It makes me smile to see how stupid I must look to some. Oh well, it beats hitting the bottle. thanks for listening.

Yes, Gilmer I'm feeling better. Just got home and I don't have it so bad at all compared to others who are trying to quite drinking along with there other problems. I can be such a baby at times.

Babs- not a baby- a Babs(y). People who put on the glove of normality and do noy recognise feelings- connect to them and work through them are doing harm to themselves. Besides- babies go it right, when they want/need /feel something- they let the world know.
