Still here! I am over 4 weeks now! I have not checked in for a while since I was battling a flu and a very bad sinus infection. But I survived this also :-)
Checking in for another 24 hours, but another 24 hours with nasal spray instead... :-)

Sorry you're going through such a rough patch right now.
Things will not be better if you give it up. Stay on track.
Try and find something to give you some peace. Prayer, meditation, therapy, a walk.
