Yay, milestoners!!
Seems the disturbance in the force is still there...

After a week of spring-like weather, winter has returned. We have another 'snow day' so no school. There is also a blizzard warning as the wind is supposed to pick up-
I'm stuck here so I've decided to have two jobs for the day:
1. Make linguini with shrimp
2. Along with Good Citizen Cat, keep an eagle eye on The Renegade so he doesn't go out in this mess
24 more hours please.

On a side note, I hate IVs. Every time I go to the hospital I tell them that I am a difficult stick, every nurse thinks they can do it, three sticks later today they rolled in the ultrasound machine ringing the best vein. I asked them to note that in my record somehow.
Going to read a little and then off to bed really early for me!

I was told to stay on mine for another 30 days afterwards. I'm sure your orthopedic knows about your ER visit?
Try to get a little more rest. You've been quite busy with surgery, teaching and trips.

No unfortunately not. They have been gracious enough to offer me two extensions so far as I was sick for 6 weeks all up... This is the final assignment in one of my units then I have the final exam in the other one. It's extremely difficult to get extensions at the end of semester so I will just try as hard as I can and if i don't pass, will apply for a retrospective withdrawal so they can wipe it from my academic record and do it again (I would need lots of medical evidence to support my application which would be long winded but worth it).

Try not to get to stressed out on all of this.
