Am feeling a bit anxious about how I will get around all the school sites with my assessment tools and stuff w/ the crutches (I have a big backpack I am going to try out) but I know it will be fine. Of course, we can't be foolish about our future. We need to make some plans and delay some immediate pleasures. But for now, we can only have a rapport with others and ourselves and experience life in this moment. The present is the only time when anything can happen, any change can occur. This moment is like a fresh, cool breeze. The rest exists only in our imaginations or memories. May I feel the exhilaration of being alive in this moment and maintain a balance in my perspective today.
today is a holiday here, i spend time with my older grand-daughter. went to movies with one of my sons. is wonderful to be sober and drug free.
