Day 7 here, just getting up at 1pm, didn't get too sleep until 7am as work night shifts and dont like too waste the next day albeit being tired. Up shower, coffee some breakfast and do something with the day I think is key in this process along with talking/sharing daily what can go wrong right? Plan is too bring daughter out on her bike a few miles up and feed the ducks, then go get the weeks shopping out of the way, nothing better then a full fridge and presses for the mood. Get a good workout in the gym done and come back and have a nice relaxing night with that beautiful thick skinned fiancee of mine. Really trying too eat as healthy as possible but I can smell a cheeky little pizza or some sort of cheat day orderings going down tonight :D .
