I just got myself an app on my phone that does the countdown in days, hours etc and also told me that in 28 days I've saved over $1400 from not drinking!! (You manually enter how much you personally spend on booze approx) Not sure where this extra money is hiding right now but never mind hahah!!! Still a good incentive :-)
