Still here world. Was going to a gym session- woke cup with headache. I never get head aches. Also the burn/skin joins are all neuropathic pain and itchy. So common sense over rules the 'if you do not go to gym- you are failing- push, lazy!'. Did the HALT bit, still got headache. That plus exploding overthink brain = stressed. So no gym. It really is about living in the here and now.

I had a migraine yesterday, and that in itself is debilitating enough, but with the neuropathic pain as well, that's just too much.

Saw gym instructor- felt like telling teacher why I was not at school. Some of the people seemed to have that 'look' when saying hello. Oh well, lets see them cope with stuff when they are 20 years older. HA!
