Sunday Jan 8th 7.03 AM.....a very hot night got down to round 29 (85F) and looking to some minimal relief today.
After over 5 decades of varied drinking behaviors I hope to make 2017 one of total abstinence. I did get up 16 months once but that occurred (with SRs help) over separate years. So it's another 24 hrs
