Still calling in for the next 24- which hopefully will go 'way. 42 at the moment. At least when I was younger I used to pretend to like this weather. This time it has hit me like a ton of bricks. Lots of water, staying close to SR and doco's.

Very sad about Florida- those affected get my prayers.

My alcoholism was like being in an abusive relationship. I was deeply in love with alcohol, but every day it beat me senseless. When I first quit drinking I felt sad having to say goodbye to my liquid lover. Now I see that alcohol was not my lover, but my abuser - and it still seeks to destroy me. So I'm no longer sad about leaving the drink behind. Now I'm grateful for having done that! So here's to 24 more hours of freedom from my former abuser!!!

6:53 and checking in for another 24. Started the day at the dentist with the kids and then we all went to Seaworld. I walked close to 8000 steps today, which is the most since my surgery. My knee is a little swollen, but I am icing it now. I am hoping the doctor will clear me on the 20th so I can return to work on the 23rd.
