The past few days have been great! I've been going to sleep and waking up earlier, giving myself a chance to wake up naturally, rather than rush around to get going. I started meditating again which has really helped me remain calm and focused. Everything feels like it's on the up and up.

Welp, the surveillance camera project is well on it's way toward completion. ran power last weekend, ran network this weekend and pulled the bnc cables down to the second level attic. Next weekend, we'll actually get some cameras on the outside of the house.

I hooked up a camera and left it in the attic space. Told my wife it was to watch the mice play. She said don't tell me if you see anything moving.

Or, make sure your camera doesn't pick up walkers, like on TWD, lol.

The Walking Dead? I haven't actually caught any episodes of that show. In fact I hardly watch any TV. I sometimes feel quite lost when my work mates start talking TV shows or Movies. I even get all my hockey talking points from my wife. LOL

My garage door had been concerning me lately as I watched it starting to buckle slightly as it fully opened then 'pop' back into position as it closes. I figured it needed a brace moved to stiffen it in the right spot.

Something I would've never done in the past was to have taken on such a task at 7:30 in the evening. But I did today, had move junk around and drill some new holes (Didn't inspect the outside - I suspect I went right thru in a spot or two) but I got 'er done, cleaned up and put the car back inside. Now I feel a good sense of accomplishment. This last two weeks, I feel my DIY drive returning. Lord knows there are a lot of neglected tasks around this home of ours.

Finished my surveillance camera project - for now. Got two up at the front. The other two - for the side and back of the house will have to wait till the snow melts. The major part was conduit, electrical and network runs to hide the DVR in an upstairs closet.

Oooh and we bought new luggage today.

I was hoping to be back into running by now and close to 10k but I've got various issues. Not so much fatigue tho that still hits me once and awhile, but recovery from exercise seems to take a lot longer.

Just stopping in to say Hello! I hope you're all doing well. Staying really busy here... been running alongside the wagon a bit but just hopped back on. Beautiful sober day here!

Beelover, TWD and Fox News is about all the TV I enjoy as well! I also like Vikings and Breaking Bad was good.

I was fatigued for about 3 months Avra.

If you're still feeling this way, maybe your Dr is the next port of call. There can be many non serious reasons for a lack of energy?

D

Suzyq, TWD's new episode is coming on in about 30 minutes. Debating whether to have another AF ginger beer or some diet cream soda. Decisions, decisions! I gotta find me a day counter online, lost track of how many days AF I now am, lol. That's how natural it is for me now.
