One Year & Over Part 44
Saskia - I'm so sorry about your kitty. Hugs.
WWS - Good luck with this procedure. Hopefully you'll be ok from here on out.
Fbl - It's so nice to hear of costs going down for employees. It seems like they're usually asking more from us, not less.
My work days have been packed. I have very little downtime at the moment, and am expected to jam 10 hours of work into an 8 hour day. I am very good at leaving work on time; it's a necessity due to my family responsibilities, and one I am grateful for. I sure have learned how spiritually vacant the corporate world is. I don't mean it in a bad way. I'm grateful to have a job! I like to work. It's just that lately it's been frustrating. I have been stressing over work since August. I think I am having the "aha moment" that the people in my life are so much more important to me than what's happening at work. Work is not worth the time I've let it churn between my ears. To see the absurdity in my stress and to be willing to completely let it go and enjoy myself instead is miraculous to me.

Morning overs
Sassy, if sassy kitty not in pain , I think I would do what you said, wait until January, all being well. I had my Woolley, she was a tortoiseshell cat, 22 years. She appeared at my door like a small ball of fluffy wool, hence the name! (I'm always one for originality, lol) Woolley was the closest cat I've had, it's like we knew each other so well. That might sound mad to a non animal person but hopefully you relate to what I'm saying. I was so gutted when her time came.
WWS all the best with the procedure today.
Well it's 'white rabbits' 'pinch, punch, first of the month ' day. Hope it's a good December friends.

Thanks for the good wishes everybody!
The procedure went well and so far almost no residual pain so far with this one. It was a much smaller incision. I still need to wait for the biopsy results but the Dermatologist was very confident I should be done until my 6 month follow up.
Saskia- Yes retirement is nice. No more stressful job to deal with.
