I'm new and not sure
 

I am almost 30 years old and have had drug and now recently alcohol history since I was 15. I have no family nor friends to talk to. I beat the drugs only because i covered them up with drinking. Now I don't know how to break away from this. I'm desperate for help.

Welcome to SR! You will find lots of support on here. Spend some time reading and posting. Two good threads for you to join are the November Class, which has others who have also committed, or recommitted to sobriety this month. The other is the 24 hour recovery thread, it is a great place to check in daily for support.

I signed up to SR in March 2016. Didnt post for 3 months...
Came back in June and since june I drank/drugged just once.
I believe SR was instrumental in my staying sober for 21 of the last 22 weeks
Im 40 years old. Dont waste another 10 !
