Kris- the cake looks just like the rain water tank I had on the family home. The tree is lovely- but I planted a Tasmanian (baby version- only grows to 15 metres) blue gum- always do when I move to a new place I can call mine. The tree in your cake would be most likely a water draining inappropriate species as it perhaps is not native to Australia- where all the men are 6'6, bronzed, and wear underpants on the beach (called budgie smugglers- look up our old PM-
Tony Abbott under that label on google- he was famous for them). No cherries? Mind you toblerone dark chocolate would be an option if you are pressed for time.

Happy Thanksgiving Weekend everybody! Our tradition has been going to this local mission in L.A. And helping with the clothing giveaway ( I don't like that term, just can't think of another). After a nice turkey dinner the guests can pick up toiletries & clothing. So many folks on our streets are in need of Recovery. Lots of people who I've heard speak at my meetings used to be homeless. Skid Row in L.A. Or Old Town Pasadena and places in between, but they got sober. There is always HOPE. As the saying goes ... there is a solution. Never give up on yourself.
I'm checking in for the next 24, thank you to my HP, AA, & SR!

Was on my way home & waiting downtown when came across some officers that were issuing citation to someone but I thanked them for what they do & said I pray for em esp since they are being killed almost everyday!! As I sat waiting I looked @ one of my news sites & saw the heartbreaking report of a young cop(decade younger) just passed away in Detroit; been following story & was also hoping he would pull through emergency surgery
I told those cops that @ least a prez who will back law enforcement was elected & he should help-their reply was we'll see(of course they didn't want to seem biased is what I thought) Wow!! There's a grieving family out there on thanksgvg eve so again God shows me I've got cadillac problems
