24 more for me please. 2 weeks ago I was in a living hell coming down from a massive binge and the whole day was awful. Thank God I'm not there any more.
Got to go to the docs today (been putting it off) to dicuss some pain I'm having. Really don't want to go. This is a big fear for me. But I will make the appointment and be brave.

Thanks for the congrats but I am on day six! One week tomorrow!

It's been a long time since I have got this far without some sort of meds or supervision. I haven't even really told anyone I'm doing this except for y'all on here. I feel empowered this time round. I feel pretty crappy but empowered all the same!
