Class of March 2016 part 35
Now Dee just needs to wake up. Heck, remember when we got to page 31? We'd already be well into part 36 at this point if we had those and some other post-25 pages moved over.
Trousers successfully donned. Toilet paper and coffee acquired. And ice cream. Didn't have to go anywhere near the poison aisle so no salute necessary.

Hi all. Well I'm trying again, pretty much do or die to be honest.
Bobbieka you are a wonder. Thank you for being you. Thanks to all in fact. Your comment to me yesterday was on my mind a couple days ago. I'm so uselessly cerebral sometimes. CBT is all top down: thinking affects feelings affects actions. AA is all bottom up: actions affect feelings affects thinking. Both are completely right. It's a two-way street. I sort of missed that until I listened to an AA speaker a couple days ago.
I joined the November class but I will be here as well.
We can and will do this.

[QUOTE=CaseyW;6204993]Hurry back KiKi! We need your help!*
Well I AM extremely competitive!!! I guess I'll have to start posting a lot so we can be in first place!
I'm doing ok. My last slip was on last Sunday so my Sobtiety date is 11/7/16 now. I really hope this is my permanent (forever) sobriety date! I can't and don't want to drink anymore! It's hell.
I'm trying to take really good care of myself, stick close to my recovery program and take it 1 day at a time. Alcoholism is a brutal, evil disease that never gives up!
I hope you're all doing well!
