My me thought for the day..
Last year I was very, very sick and badly broken. Basically a life support system for my guilt. With rebirth comes healing. Healing for me is very (et al) hard work. It is not so much the big stuff- but the small every day grind. The normality of every day life- what ever that is. With all it's sham drudgery and broken dreams, strive to be happy. It is still a beautiful world.

Here are five fun facts about Bologna:
1.Kosher or halal bologna is typically made with only beef, but sometimes made from turkey, chicken or lamb.
2. Bologna sausage, sometimes phonetically spelled as baloney, boloney or polony, is a sausage derived from the Italian mortadella, a similar looking finely ground pork sausage containing cubes of lard, originally from the Italian city of Bologna.
3. Bologna can alternatively be made out of chicken, turkey,beef, pork, venison or soy protein.
