Hi all have had a very hard weekend.. hubby is back in hospital.. we have been trying to clean old glue off the floor of the livingroom the smell is terrible... Ed attacked me on Thursday night... and friends of ours stepped in on Friday to find out what he was doing...... kids the chemicals of the stuff we were using were killing us.. breathing it all night long... and his tummy almost got him and me again.. he is in hospital again.. at least he realizes what he almost did to me and himself... I had to have some meds on Sat night to help me sleep and rest.. my God could this year get any worse... was so afraid that I would come into day and be asked for my ID... Friday I was just in a crying shaking state of nerves at work.... drink.. kids sometimes I wonder if I was still drinking would it be that bad.... no no no not doing that. Demon get thee behind me and stay there... I am in for another 24 hours God Willing.. and my own personal help... to just me...

Ardy- stay SAFE. Remember HALTS. Don.t go near that glue, painting- sounds to me NOT safe. Talk to someone- at the hospital, someone close. PJ

Congrats to all the milestoners, a fab list for today ! I am so grateful to be able to wake up every morning and see this list. It means I am sober and I am committed ! And there are other wonderful folks alongside me

Another 24 hours of patience, compassion and sobriety pls ! Its 7:50am here !

Less than 6 weeks to go till due date. Getting nervous! Also have come down with a nasty virus so have had to ring in sick for last week at work
