Good evening, I finally did some cooking today, had no cravings and really enjoyed myself. So much better for me! I want to help my body recover. It's a perfect fall day. Feeling a bit lonely but re-directing my thoughts to the good people in my life. It's become a habit to focus on what's wrong or missing when there is so much, right in front of my face that's wonderful. How happy and blessed I am. 24 more hours please with love, Red 6:42 pm |
