The therapist is a good idea....I used a counselling line for a long time to help me; they were wonderful.

Try and get some sleep love; it's going to be OK.

Been away without internet or phone connectivity, but remained sober to be here tonight. I am so glad to check in with my friends and ask for 24 more hours of sobriety and peace.

Jar- 'the shame?'. Stop putting yourself down. It does you no good. Keep sharing here- share your heart out. Write a whole essay, a book. You may find that it might help- sharing lots. Thoughts with you. PJ.
