Feeling very low and discouraged about things but I am sober. One of these days I will be healthy enough to make the change I need to, but I need time. There are going to be some absolute nightmare days at work, but I don't have to drink over any if it.

Hey everyone ~ I've been trying to read more lately....got a new book called Being Sober: A step-by-step guide to getting to, getting through, and living in recovery ~ Just started reading it....so far so good, but I've got lots of work to do! So I will need 24 more sober hours here too!

Hi,
Today our son found out he was hired by the cruise line he applied to ...he's very excited! We're so happy for him, lots of hard work ahead to be sure, but a great oppty too.
I'll be checking in for the next 24, thanks to my HP, AA, & SR .
