Hi,
I'm checking in for the next 24, without my HP, AA, & SR this wouldn't be possible for me. My Sponsor has been a solid rock for me during this time. She reminded me that I am going through the pain of Robert's death sober, feeling my feelings. I had to think back and realize this is the 1st time in decades that I felt my feelings of loss, grief, you name it without any substance in my body ! She's right, and I feel oddly really good about this fact.

3.45 am in the UK. My brain doesn't want to switch off and let me get any more sleep so checking in early. I've had 5 undisturbed hours though and grateful for it.

24 more please for this tired out bear.
67 days of sobriety today, don't know why I checked as I haven't been counting days, just curiosity I guess.. Doesn't seem much somehow, I've got some making up to do I think.
04.14 uk time and I'm gonna try and get some sleep, just wish I could slow down mentally and relax..
