Hey, Vman. Reading actually has the opposite effect on me. I can read forever and will not get tired. I did drink this past weekend, so I know that's what is messing up my sleep. No alcohol= no sleeping problems.

I am in for another 24 hours of sobriety
the last 2 days I really wanted to drink but did not
so I will attack the day and stay sober no matter what
