Would not have been able to do that with a hangover, that is for sure. Nice to know we can still do stuff like that, even the hard ones, at 33/34. We haven't been exercising regularly though so I am SO SORE RIGHT NOW, hahaha! Excuse me while I hobble off for some coffee.

Hi guys! I forgot to check in yesterday. The cleaning bug hit me hard and spent all day cleaning then binge watched a French TV show last night and had crazy dreams because of it.

It's crazy hot here and I have to venture out in it today, that sucks major butt! I can't wait for fall, I absolutely hate summer.

Hi everyone! Day 39. Finally "officially" checking in and committing to another day sober.
My kids start back to school Wednesday and I have been a little nervous about all the idle time I could have. Last school year I would drink while they were in school several times per week. I need to plan my days out so that doesn't happen again!
I am going to make a spreadsheet today with my "daily schedule". It will include going to bed at a "normal time", getting up at a "normal" time, eating "normal" meals, going to an AA meeting every day, prayer & meditation, exercise etc.
I forget to eat all the time, I stay up WAY too late and sleep in way to late. I haven't been exercising regularly and my AA meetings have been spotty.
Anyway.....that's my plan for today....to make a new and improved PLAN!

On way home. Dd1 just started driving. Both girls ready, Wednesday we come back to move dd2 in. So, they begin classes Aug 22, I begin Aug 28. Glad it's all set.
