Been busy and haven't posted for a few days. Still sober. My sleep is much better and exactly where I want it now. Took a while but got there in the end.

I'm still getting strong cravings though. I feel kind of burnt out and depressed but this happened last time at around the 40 day mark. I've just got to not drink. I'm sure it will pass.

Anyway here's to another 24.
