And you're not an idiot InPar ~ I never told you how many times I tried to call my ex last year after he abandoned me. So many times I am embarrassed to admit. I humiliated myself. But I was so angry and confused. I still don't think I was an idiot. He was.

Just in from a 10 mile hike it's been such a beautiful day me & mrs sw feet are quite sore but nothing beats a awesome hike on a awesome day add to that we've been on a no carb diet & still on its just adding to the bonuses

Wow - what an awesome way to wake up today - both being sober and reading all of your wonderful messages. Back three years ago I didn't think I'd ever make it to two months let alone two years :-). Many, many thanks to all of you for your love and support in this incredible journey.
