Good Morning. Waking up and committing to 24 more very hard sober hours. It's not the no drinking that makes it hard. It's the dealing with the things I've been avoiding that is making it hard. But if nothing changes, then nothing changes. So 24 more hours of change

1 week! This felt like the longest week of my life, but so happy to be here!
Checking in at 9:26 am for 24 sober hours. I'm off work today and my to-do list is daunting so I best get moving.
