Good morning everyone. I'm here to commit to another 24 hours of sobriety.

Heartfelt congrats to our celebrants and all who are sober today! I hope we all have a good sober day.

In for 24 more today. I'm humbled to have reached 3 months today. But I'm still just taking it 24 hours at a time.

I've have to go to my first AA meeting today. Actually I don't have to but I think I need to and I must want to. I'm terrified though. I'm finding it hard to stay positive. There's no way it can be as scary as what alcohol did to me. I know these are just irrational fears that are triggering the anxiety. All that matters today is that I don't drink and I get myself through those doors.

Here's to 24 more and I guess facing social anxiety without benzos or alcohol for once.
