Hi, Hevyn; I went to bed early and didn't catch the awful news until I woke up. Such a feeling of sadness and concern all day.

Just a quick check in for now. Well done to those celebrating a milestone with me. In my mind, we are sitting meditatively on a grassy knoll facing the sunrise. We can feel the warmth of the sun as it rises and there is the smell of fresh dew. It is quite still and there is only a hint of a breeze. Our mind is very quiet, there is almost no mental activity as we simply sit. Our hearts are peaceful and serene. We have luxuriant and graceful smiles which cannot be broken. This is the gift of sobriety to me.
