One Year & Over Part 39
Vee, just saw your post about your kitty on the 24 hour thread. When I was young we had to put our Spaniel down due to seizures, so I know how scary it must have been.
And yes, I would be glad to call you by your name from now on. So, sending you love tonight, (((((Suze)))))

In college, I had a class taught by Philip Klass, who wrote as William Tenn and wrote sci-fi in the 1940's and 50's. He was good friends with Heinlein and Asimov back then and in class he would tell us funny stories about them. He always called him Bob Heinlein. I wish I could recall some of the crazy stories he told.
Thank you all.
I am shattered. This is the biggest pain I have ever known, and I have lost both of my parents. Venus was mine, my girl, my kid.
She is with God now, and she is at peace, and that is a very good thing.
I am a mess though.
My name is Suze ~ hoping that I can be called that from now on if that's alright.
I can do that Suze. I'm so sad for you too. Having just lost Skylar, I know how we wish and second guess our decisions for our loved ones with fur, when they can no longer stay, and we are helpless to do anything but send them on their way.
And hope they felt our love at the end.
Venus wasn't alone in her life, or at the end of it, thanks to you.

Sending you more hugs today, Suze. I had to put my beloved cat down 25 years ago and I still miss the little guy to this day. Someday soon I'll tell the story about him.
Hope everybody has a Satisfactory Saturday.
