Thanks Suze i can feel it in my arms already that for the next 6-12 months il be really getting back into proper exercise jogging, hiking, swimming, weights & a no carb diet I've almost lost a stone and I'm hoping to lose more as time goes along
I was never one for showing off my muscles even when I was a tad younger it was more to be fit & strong & same applies here although there's a lil vanity at 34 as I'm not getting any younger and want to be in the best shape possible
Spk soon watching George Smoot trying to convince me we are a simulation - he won a Nobel prize in physics in 2006
I've heard Elon musk saying some similar stuff
And ive always thought how real will computer graphics look in a 1000 years ? maybe just like we are now ?
Don't listen to me I'm speaking 'macadamian'

Another bone tumor. And the doctor is concerned it is not good. So lots of tests.
And discussions re possibilities. Hence the oncologist. She was really so kind...she made me feel much calmer.
I could still get lucky here. If so, I have a benign tumor that won't kill me. That's a good deal...really.

I didn't know you had one before this ? It just amazes me the things they do with medicine and surgery these days Suze
We are all here for you lovely xx
I'm sure you must have been a basket case leading up to the tests.
When I had my MRI s last year , I felt very calm, but I don't get claustrophobia, unlike my Mum and my Nanna xxx
Hugs to you , darling girl xxx
