Checking in tonight. Going for another 24 hours at 5:20p CST.
Congratulations to Determined82 and Goat on reaching new milestones today! To celebrate your amazing accomplishments, tonight we have a black cherry cake! Keep up the great work!
Great work Soberjoy and Thistimeplease on staying strong!
Sending lots of hugs your way Immri and Vee!
Zaec-prayers sent your way. Your husband may be able to help you better if you are completely honest with him.

I'm setting things up for another sober day.
No more time wasting analysis re any dubious benefits of drinking.
I am totally convinced that total abstinence is the very best way.
That does not mean I can drop my guard though.
Triggers are very sneaky and our emotions can be frail.
To all who are going through difficulties, remain strong.
Remember alcohol is the worst possible antidote for stress.
