Was restful. AA in the morning followed by the gym. So great to wake up early on a Sunday. Goodnight to all and be well. I'll do another 24!

Tonight.... I went to a new meeting where I felt immediately welcomed (partially due to the liberal application of hugs) and heard some new perspectives. I have a feeling I'll turn up at that meeting again.
