FRiday 13th May 2016.....had a few, not drunk by any means yesterday arvo--------1AM collapsed, severe nausea & sweating which subsided after about 10 mins.
Saw doc 9AM and had ECG which was OK....could have been anything he said.
Well Friday 13th, that unlucky number, seems excellent for a new D.O.S.
Good wishes everyone and never underestimate the grave dangers in consuming that awful beverage.................(1)

Alcohol voice is screaming out at me today. Friday and payday. Spent the day with my mother in law. My partner wants to go to the pub for dinner which I want to but I don't have the willpower not to drink.
Another 24 hrs please!

I would heavily recommend that you give the pub a miss! I am sure the pub won't miss you

Hello fellow travellers. Hope everyone is travelling well.
Have decided to stop clocking on every day as am starting to find it a bit onerous keeping up, trying to read everyone, not wanting to miss anyone and all that stuff.
Feeling comfortable just clocking the days on my own, but definitely staying connected and sober.
Want to thank Venus, strat, Kris and Dee (bet I left someone out!) for the work you do, and wish everyone ten times what you wish for yourselves.
