7:14 AM. In for another 24.
I struggled last night and am already struggling today with feeling a bit overwhelmed and depressed about my shoulder surgery recovery. I'm in the first of six weeks in a sling and the challenges are starting to get to me. Perhaps now is a good time to add some serenity and gratitude meditations to my tool box. Any suggestions?

My sponsor tells me when the spiritual and mental are healed so will be the physical. I keep trudging on.
Life is so much better today without drinking. Before I had 2 problems. Alcoholism and Insomnia. Now I have only one.
Hope to be rid of the other some day as well. BY the Grace of God. Thanks Arbor. Together we heal.
