Happy Tuesday all! Today, I have a week! Know it really isn't much to some, but I haven't been able to get to this point for quite some time now. So, I'm so happy, and grateful to be sober. So, I'm in for another 24! TY all!

Hi to Neo, and yes I still have anxiety nearly 4 months in. It's much more manageable now and I accept it much more and don't feel such a shamed loser because of it. It is nowhere near the anxiety that alcohol brought.
