Good morning all and congrats to all those milestoners ! Goodness, there are many of you which is a good thing. Strive forward and make the most of this moment !
A little bit sore today as I think I've injured myself at the gym yesterday. This was the day after poking fun at my friend for injuring themselves the day before ! Thats karma for you...hahaha. Off to see the doctor and fingers crossed that I wont impact my training too much
Another 24 hours of calm, compassion and sobriety pls ! Its 9:39am here !
