I have made some difficult decisions in my sleepless nights over the last week or so but they needed to be made. I have buried making a decision with drink for the last 8 years.

2 week mark has been troublesome for me in the past...the AV usually kicks it into high gear. And it's the weekend, so today I am thinking about my plan and what I will do to stick to it no matter what.
